How I made the shifts that completely changed the trajectory of my career...and an opportunity for how you can too.

Everybody works hard to present their professional self in the best light to everyone who might be looking.

But when you dig even a little under the surface, you come to realize that it's not all everyone presents it to be.  

Our professional lives can come to dominate our personal ones, and if we aren't careful, we can find ourselves at the mercy of our jobs, and what are professional aspirations may be. 

I found myself pouring more and more time into my job and getting frustrated when I sacrificed fun for funds.  

I ended up resenting my career, and many of the choices that I had made over the course of it.

And after my 20th year on the hamster wheel, I finally decided that I couldn't let it continue the same way for the next 20.

I decided something had to change, and I needed to take a new approach. Although I didn't know what that approach was at the time.

But what is most important is that I made the decision to start searching. Searching for a different way to do it.

At some point during that search, I came across Kevin Kermes and his LinkedIn profile. Eventually joined the community that open my eyes to a different way of doing things, but that was just the start.

After some time in the community, and, I started working with Kevin

1:1.  And that's when I'm really got exciting

Together, we began to design with a personal and professional life might look like if we put aside all the restrictions, I thought could never be over one, and all the self-limiting beliefs I accumulated over the years. 

So what are the results?

• I'm working at the top of my license.
• I'm working with people I enjoy and who are great partners
• My income has increased
• My income is more diversified
• My insights are more valued than they have ever been in my career
• My burnout rate across a year is lower than in my entire professional life
• All the businesses I work on and in excite me, are my choice, and all are helping others in very different, but significant ways.
